How do I purchase?

  • 1. Click on the items that you wish to purchase
  • 2. Select colour and quantity
  • 3. Press ‘Add to Cart’
  • 4. Once you are done selecting all your items, click on ‘Shopping Bag’ logo at the top right and select ‘Check-Out’
  • 5. You may add any available promo codes you have
  • 6. Please proceed with payment
  • 7. You will receive an email confirmation on your order

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

Do contact us at contact.florray@gmail.com with your order number and contact details. We will get in touch with our partner courier!

I have received a faulty item. What do I do?

Do contact us at contact.florray@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the faulty item along with a picture. We will contact you within 2 – 3 business days.

Can I amend/cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

We are unable to amend/cancel any orders as we process orders immediately once payment has been confirmed. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order.

May I buy products directly at your warehouse?

All purchases through florray.com will need to be made online.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) & Paypal.

Where can I find my order confirmation number?

Thanks for your purchase with us! You receive an email with the subject title “Invoice for order {order_number} from {order_date}”. Do check your junk mail as well just in case.

Why am I not able to make payment with my Paypal account?

We encourage you to use a Singapore Paypal account when making a purchase using Paypal on our website. While most international Paypal accounts are accepted by Paypal Singapore, you might encounter issues from some restricted country accounts.

What are the delivery options available?

We provide normal shipping (+$2.50) and registered tracking shipment (+$4.50) via Singpost. Please note that Florray will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels delivered via normal shipping. It is advisable to opt for mailing options with a tracking number (registered mail).

Can I upgrade my delivery option afterwards?

Unfortunately,no amendments can be made once orders have been confirmed, as the delivery will be processed shortly after.

How much must I spend to get free shipping?

You will get free shipping when you spend a minimum of SGD 60.00.

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be shipped out within 2 – 3 working days once payment has been received. You can expect to receive your order within 3 – 5 working days.

Can I return my items and get a refund?

Requests for returns/refunds are held on a case by case basis. Please contact us at contact.florray@gmail.com for details. Please only return the items once confirmation has been given by our team. Florray.com reserves the right to reject any returns that has not been confirmed by us.
